This fixture holds a number of identical parts on a machine tool to improve productivity levels during machining tasks.
This versatile, multi-vice clamping fixture is powered pneumatically (with electronic checking of clamping quality offered as an option).
It can be secured to a machine table or indexing head.
The overall size of the fixture is small: 500 mm x 130 mm x 128 mm high for the 5-vice version.
Using two, 5-vice fixtures, 10 parts can be machined simultaneously on a 400 x 600 mm table.
One, 5-vice fixture weighs less than 23 kg.
